Post Stroke recovery is maximized through proper care and rehabilitation.We support our resident’s recovery after a stroke with physiotherapy and exercises to help with movement.

Compassion care

We offer Companion care to include but not limited to: Caring companionship and conversation, Help with hobbies, Scrapbooking & games,Gardening, Sports & news, General shopping and errands,Transportation and appointments.

Disability Care

We provide a holistic approach through a range of critical approaches providing practical help with anything from everyday tasks like housework and bathing, to assistance with complex needs.

Assisted Living

For seniors and their loved ones seeking support with daily living, Assisted Living provides the ideal lifestyle solution. Our residents revel in a wealth of inclusive amenities, including delicious chef-prepared meals daily, a lively calendar of events, weekly housekeeping and convenient scheduled transportation.

Personal care

We offer Personal Care to include but not limited to: Bathing Assistance, Dressing Assistance, Grooming Assistance ,Toileting Assistance, Ambulation assistance to include wheelchair mobility, Diet monitoring and meal planning.

Respite Care

Respite care provides temporary relief from caregiving duties, allowing you to travel, run errands, visit friends or go to the doctor.

Memory Care

We provide all the necessary help and support to clients who are suffering different from different types of dementia such as Alzheimer’s Disease.

Hospice Care

Our AFH will support both the resident and family members to the end of the journey and ensure closure in the most comfortable way possible.
